Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing DWMPulse ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Service is operated by Your DWM Limited ("DWM", "we", "us"), a UK-registered company.

2. Who can use DWMPulse

DWMPulse is an internal system provided for use by authorised employees, contractors, and other agents of DWM. Access is granted at DWM's discretion and may be varied or withdrawn at any time. You must not use DWMPulse if you are not authorised.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Where multi-factor authentication is available, we strongly recommend enabling it.
• Notify HR or IT immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we reasonably believe security or company policy has been breached.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access data belonging to other users that you are not authorised to see.
• Use DWMPulse to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harassing content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service, except as expressly permitted by law.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service (denial-of-service, injection attacks, credential-stuffing, etc.).
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data unless expressly authorised.

5. Third-party integrations

You may choose to connect third-party services such as Google Calendar to your DWMPulse account. Where you do so:

• You authorise DWMPulse to interact with those services on your behalf, within the scope you have consented to.
• You remain subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party services.
• You may disconnect any integration from your profile at any time.

6. Data

All data entered into or stored within DWMPulse in connection with your employment or engagement — including but not limited to employee records, shift and leave data, documents, and audit logs — remains the property of DWM and is subject to our data-retention and access-control policies.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

• We provide DWMPulse on a reasonable-endeavours basis but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, including without notice.
• Planned outages for maintenance will be communicated where practical.

8. Intellectual property

DWMPulse, its source code, and the DWM brand assets are the intellectual property of DWM (or licensed to DWM). Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to that intellectual property beyond your use of the Service as an authorised user.

9. Ending access

Your right to use DWMPulse ends when your employment or engagement with DWM ends, or when DWM otherwise revokes your access. On termination, your account will be archived in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retention obligations.

10. Liability

DWMPulse is provided as is for internal business use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DWM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted the next time you sign in. Continued use of DWMPulse after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
